Teen Mom’s fave couple Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra are too cute for words. Not only did Ty surprise his newly slim fiancee with a clean house and flowers for Valentine’s Day, but he also treated Cate to a romantic night out on the town filled with dinner and a surprise gift!

“Thanks baby for the amazing dinner and an awesome valentines day! Love you!! @tylerbaltierramtv,” she tweeted with a photo of Ty making a silly face. And the couple’s candlelit dinner wasn’t without its surprises!

“An anonymous fan of mine & Cates bought us a bottle of wine at dinner, whoever you are, thank you so much! #stillgoodpploutthere #HappyValentinesDay,” tweeted Ty.

We guess we’re not the only ones in love with this adorable couple. Aww!
