Jenelle Evans: Amber Portwood Could Have Gotten Clean, Just Like Me

Now, reports say Amber has given up on rehab and told a judge she'd rather go to prison for five years. Her baby daddy, Gary Shirley, is beside himself with concern for her and for their daughter, Leah.

Meanwhile, Jenelle did go to rehab, as we saw on the latest season of Teen Mom 2, and finally got off a year-long probation just a couple months ago. Now, she's engaged to Gary Head, buying a new house, and attending college. 

But Jenelle advises Gary Shirley not to waste too many tears on his former girlfriend. After all, she says, Amber made the decision not to get on the right track. 

"dont stress it Gary about amber. No offense but that was ambers choice not wanting to get clean and she could of done it. I did," Jenelle told him on Twitter.
