Bad news, everyone. Teen Mom 2's resident trouble maker, Jenelle Evans, is reportedly behind bars for heroin possession. According to TMZ, Jenelle was arrested in her home state of North Carolina on Tuesday, April 23, after police showed up at her house following an alleged physical altercation between herself and her husband, Courtland Rogers.
TMZ reports that the cops found 12 "bindles" (small paper packets) of heroin in Jenelley's possession, as well as a plastic wrapping papers, a glass pipe, and illegal Percocet. Courtland was reportedly also in possession of hard drugs, though both he and Jenelle denied that the drugs were theirs.
Unfortunately, it also seems that Jenelle could be suffering injuries as a result of her physical altercation with Courtland. TMZ reports that she hit her husband with a piece of furniture, while Courtland lashed out at Jenelle by "hitting her on the neck and striking her with a closed fist on her head."
To make matters worse, Jenelle was served with a warrant for failing to pay her mother, Barbara Evans, child support (Babs currently has custody of Jenelle's son, Jace).
This news is more than a little shocking, especially because Jenelle insists she's been clean and sober since Thanksgiving 2012. In fact, Jenelle told Wetpaint Entertainment via Twitter on April 23 that she's the picture of health, and even said "I take Multivitamins daily and melatonin at night and I'm SOBER!"
