Jenelle Evans' Boob Job Update: Have Her New Breasts "Settled" Yet?

It's been almost two weeks since Jenelle Evans' boob job, and her brand-new lady lumps are finally "settling."

Many fans noticed that Jenelle's assets were swollen right after her surgery, but they're falling into place one day at a time, and you can bet Jenelle is live-tweeting every moment of it.

"obviously u don't kno sh*t about implants," she tweeted to a fan (sigh, so demure). "they drop every week and will look natural in a month, takes time for it to heal."

In fact, Jenelle is still in lots of pain from her surgery, and tweeted, "they still hurt so bad lol and they r riding really high, they will go down :)"

Luckily, Jenelle's boyfriend, Gary Head, is taking care of her as she recovers –– and we're sure he approves of her new breasts no matter how high they're riding!
