Jenelle Evans Heads Back to North Carolina After Suffering From Ruptured Cyst (PHOTOS)

It’s been a stressful week for Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans. After breaking up with boyfriend Kieffer Delp — in turn, nixing her plans to settle down with him in New Jersey — she was hospitalized for a ruptured cyst!

So it comes as no surprise that Jenelle headed home to North Carolina to rest up and get her life back together, making the trek from New Jersey with her faithful pitbull Brody in tow!

During her drive home, the TV starlet tweeted a picture of her riding shotgun, looking happy and healthy on the drive back:

And seconds later, she posted the pic above of her and Brody enjoying their trip, tweeting, “Me and Brodssss !”

We’re not sure who was driving our gal to North Carolina, but since newly-engaged pals Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin took a road trip to see her in the hospital, maybe they helped her find a safe way back down south!
