Jenelle Evans's Alarming Tweet: "God I'm Dying Slowly"

You guys, we are seriously worried about our girl Jenelle Evans. Life has been pretty rough for the Teen Mom 2 star ever since she popped out baby Jace at the tender age of 16. But it seems that things have taken a turn for the worse, and we're worried about Jenelley's safety.

Early this morning, just one day after breaking up with her on-again-off-again boyfriend of two years, Kieffer Delp, Jenelle tweeted this alarming message: "God I'm dying slowly." Yesterday, Jenelle described herself as a "mess," and admitted to fans she was feeling "scared" and "terrified" of being alone.

Of course, her latest tweet could just be in reference to the pain from her ruptured cyst, which landed her in the hospital yesterday. But in a recent OK! Magazine article, her sister Ashleigh claims that Jenelle is a danger from herself and could overdose on drugs if she's not careful.

If Jenelle's tweet is indeed a cry for help, we hope her friends and family will step up to the plate and steer her back on track. We don't want to see her take the same road as fellow Teen Mom co-star Amber Portwood, who is currently serving a 5-year prison sentence thanks to her addiction to opiates.
