Kailyn Lowry's back tattoo is one step closer to being complete!
The Teen Mom 2 star posted a photo after another ink session, and wrote, "3 more sessions then it'll finally be done. Summer 2012!"
It looks like she added some branches to the right side, and filled in more of the background landscape.
