Kailyn Lowry Defends Her Religious Beliefs

While many of the Teen Moms were celebrating Easter yesterday, one wasn't. During a visit to her family in Texas, Kailyn revealed that she doesn't celebrate Easter because she is an atheist.

When a follower criticized her for being "ignorant" and said son Isaac should be taken away, Kailyn replied, "Being ignorant is pushing your beliefs on other people. I can still be a good person if I don't believe in God."

And when someone else asked why she celebrated Christmas, Kailyn answered, "I didn't have a tree for Christmas..."

Later, she clarified that on Teen Mom 2, she gave and received presents, "Because that's what I was told to do."
