Teen Mom 2's Leah Messer and Corey Simms have been divorced for almost two years now, but their relationship remains strong for the sake of their 3-year-old twin girls, Aliannah and Aleeah. Little Ali has a developmental condition that requires frequent doctor visits, and thankfully Leah and Corey have always banded together to put her needs first.

Leah hasn't revealed Ali's diagnosis, but it seems like she finally has some answers about her adorable toddler. "Ali girl does have a diagnosis now," she assured fans back in February.

And now it seems like Leah and Corey have even more news about Ali — and it's all good!

"Happiest day ever! #prayersanswered," Corey's dad Jeff tweeted to Leah on March 7. He included Corey in his next tweet, adding, "@CoreySimms2 @TM2LeahDawn what a great day! #faith."

Aww, if we could hug poppaw Simms right now, we so would! After everything this family's been through together, they definitely deserve a break. And when it comes to baby Ali, the good news keeps pouring in! Not only did she score beyond a 5-year-old's level in a recent cognitive evaluation, but she even started walking on her own last fall. That girl's a fighter, just like her West Virginia mountain mama!
