Leah Messer's Twins Aliannah and Aleeah as Newborn Babies — Flashback Pic! (PHOTO)

West Virginia native Leah Messer is currently expecting her third child any day now, but that doesn’t mean her first pregnancy was any less special. 

Leah gave birth to twins Aliannah and Aleeah on Dec. 16, 2009, and less than one month later this adorable photo was snapped of the girls.

Leah’s ex-husband and baby daddy Corey Simms is still very involved in the twins’ lives, and Corey’s father Jeff recently shared the cute pic. 

“This is Aleeah Grace (left) and Aliannah Hope (right) when they were not very old. I was already wrapped! #aligrace,” he tweeted.
