Maci Bookout Tells Kyle King She Loves Him on Twitter

We're so sad that Maci Bookout and Kyle King have broken up — especially after watching their adorable relationship during Teen Mom's season 4 premiere.

Though Maci and her main man aren't a couple, they're still super close, and Maci gave him a special shout-out after their emotional episode aired!

"i honestly dont know what i would do without you!" Maci tweeted to Kyle. "even if we arent together youre my best friend! i love u and bentley does too."

Of course, Kyle responded, "love yall 2 ;)," which basically had us tearing up in a fit of dreamy sighs.

We can't even handle how cute these two are, they best get back together stat!
