Mackenzie Douthit Announces Plans to Get Married Next Summer

Mackenzie Douthit shocked fans when she appeared on 16 and Pregnant's reunion special and told Dr. Drew that she and Josh are still having unprotected sex.

Apparently, Mackenzie doesn't like birth control, but is that really a good enough excuse?

Dr. Drew lectured Mackenzie and Josh about their irresponsibility between the sheets, and it looks like they've learned their lesson.

"Me and josh are NOT having sex, both have jobs, and I did get the iud to be safe for the future," Mackenzie tweeted on June 6. "And we will be getting married next summer."

Rumor has it that Mackenzie will star on Teen Mom 3, which means her wedding might air during the second season! We can't wait to watch her trip down the aisle — but why is she abstaining from sex? Turns out Mackenzie's mom doesn't believe in doing the dirty before marriage, so this might have something to do with the family's religious views.
