Teen Mom 3's Mackenzie Douthit is a professional cheerleader, so it comes as no surprise that this gal is amazing at yoga. After all, she already spends most of her waking hours bending her body into weird positions — and yes, we're jealous. We're barely able to sit cross-legged on the couch without getting sore, sigh.

Mackenzie's all about getting in shape for her upcoming wedding, and it looks like she's taken up yoga to help tone her body and practice "control" for cheering!

"Trying to get better at body control," Mackenzie posted on Instagram along with a few completely insane picture of her yoga poses. '"Hopefully I get better lol practice makes perfect #yoga #hardstuff."

Um, can we please talk about how flexible Mackenzie is? We didn't even know half these positions were possible! Of course, our favorite yoga pose is that one where you just lie down and pretend to meditate while taking a nap … can we get an amen?
