Oh, this is not good. Yesterday we wrote about Teen Mom Jenelle Evans being MIA and her fiance Gary Head reportedly heading to jail. Us Weekly says both were arrested early Sunday morning — he for domestic violence and she for drug possession.
Jenelle's lawyer, Dustin Sullivan, told Hollywood.com that Jenelle spent Sunday night in jail.
"Jenelle was charged with simple assault, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of Klonopin," he said. "Gary was charged with all that, except it was assault on a female."
A judge set Jenelle's bond at $500 and Gary's at $1,500. Both were bailed out.
This is Jenelle's fourth arrest this year, but luckily, she got off probation at the end of April, so she won't be facing probation violation charges.
Sullivan asserted that Jenelle did not have drugs on her person. "She called 911, police came. They made an arrest against Gary and arrested Jenelle as well. No drugs were found on Jenelle. She told 911 they were fighting," he said.
"A victim who called 911 was charged. I'm curious to know why."
If Gary, a U.S. Marine, is charged with assault, he could not only face extended jail time, he would most likely be dishonorably discharged from military service.
