See Catelynn and Tyler's Daughter Carly All Grown Up on a Magazine Cover! (PHOTO)

Get ready to shed a happy tear, Teen Mom, fans. Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra's baby gal is all grown up, and she's on her very first magazine cover! Well, that's a stretch — Carly has been on almost as many mag covers as Suri Cruise. But this one is legit.

Cate and Ty gave Carly up for adoption to a lovely couple named Brandon and Teresa Davis, and the whole fam-fam is featured in Bethany Christian Service's fall issues of Life Lines, a magazine for adoptive parents.

Carly looks beyond adorable in the photo, as does her little brother, whom Brandon and Teresa adopted back in May. Cate and Ty are still in touch with Carly and see her on a semi-regular basis thanks to their "open adoption," but we can't believe how much she's grown!
