Maci Bookout is the luckiest gal on the Teen Mom block –– have you seen her baby daddy? He's pretty much a Greek god.

Unfortunately, Maci and Ryan Edwards went their separate ways shortly after Baby Bentley was born, but it looks they're both single and ready to mingle!

Ryan and his long-term girlfriend, Dalis Connell just ended their relationship due to his wandering eye, and Maci may have ended things with her man Kyle Regal after a complicated nude photo scandal (you know, the usual).

So where does that leave them? Broken-hearted and ready for a rebound!

Ryan and Maci aren't usually single at the same time, and we think they should get over their exes with each other. Then again, this might be the worst idea ever. After all, they never really got along ....
