Teen Mom Rumor Patrol: Jenelle Evans Refutes Claims She's Smoking Pot

Jenelle Evans just can't catch a break! This Teen Mom bombshell has a long and sordid history of pot-smoking, but she's currently sober and hopes to get full custody of her kiddo sometime soon!

If Jenelle is arrested for pot (again), she could face jail time and lose all chance she has of getting custody, so you better believe she takes it seriously when tabloids accuse her of smoking the ganja.

Hollywood Life speculated whether or not Jenelle is back on drugs after she posted "wake n bakes" on her Facebook page, but Jenelle insists she's clean.

"not true I don't write anything about marijuana on the Internet," Jenelle tweeted, "especially if I'm going to get Jace back"

We can only assume Jenelle was baking a fresh batch of cookies — and there's nothing illegal about chocolate chips, ya'll!

Well, unless they're laced with "the herb."
