The girls of Teen Mom hit New York City this week to promote the final season of MTV's hit docudrama. While Catelynn Lowell, Farrah Abraham, and Maci Bookout were on hand for photo shoots and media interviews, Amber Portwood was notably missing.
Amber is in jail right now, after quitting her drug court program. She faces five years in prison for not completing rehab as ordered by a judge. But despite her troubles, Amber's fellow Teen Mom castmates expressed only support for her.
"We want nothing but the best for Amber. We just want her happy," Maci told E! Online.
"I just wish her the best," Catelynn said. "People just need to support her and stop bashing her all the time ... People are very mean to her, and I think it's very wrong."
While their situations are very different from Amber's, the Teen Moms know better than to judge others' mistakes.
"People look at it so negatively but our show has opened so many eyes" Maci explains. "We all have such a different story, and everybody relates to us."
As for the final season, Catelynn notes viewers will "finally see us as adults."
They grow up so fast, don't they?
