Teen Mom's Amber Portwood Back in Jail For Drug Court Violation

Teen Mom's most troubled cast member, Amber Portwood, was sent back to jail on May 10 for violating the terms and conditions of her drug court program, which she's been participating in since February 16. Oh no!

According to Amber's attorney, Evan Broderick, the court drug program felt that Amber wasn't 100 percent committed to her obligations in the aftermath of her mysterious surgery –– which Broderick refuses to speak about.

“I think things came to light that she could have been doing more,” he told The Herald Bulletin. "It’s not uncommon to give a sanction in jail to get them back on track. ”

Luckily, Amber wont be terminated from drug court, but she could be stuck in the clink for an entire week as the court reviews her case!

Sigh, this gal just can't catch a break. You'd think she could get a doctor's note ....
