Teen Mom's hottest baby daddy has been dating professional model, Dalis Connell, for almost a year, but their relationship is officially dunzo.

Ryan broke the news on Mother's Day, tweeting “Well I’m single and ready to mingle,” and Dalis followed up with "true! I was very happy with him but I still am. Doing me!"

Woah there. We're used to Teen Mom breakups being full of word vomit and betrayal, but it looks like these two are ending their relationship amicably –– although Ryan did tweet the cryptic "My time is much more important then trying to wast it to get the truth out of some one!"

Meanwhile, Dalis seems to be mourning her future, and tweeted "yeah I actually thought I was going to marry him. Awww, poor gal!
