Teen Mom Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley head to Cambria Suites Hotel for an Oscar viewing party in their new clothes in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 27, 2011.
Amber Portwood may have avoided five years in prison by recently making a plea deal to go to rehab, but her legal troubles are far from over.
Amber, who was evicted last month by her landlord, may have been scamming the government to subsidize her rent.
TMZ obtained a copy of her lease, which showed that Amber was enrolled in Indiana's "Low Income Rental Housing Tax Credit Program."
But when Amber allegedly signed up for the program, she claimed she made $10,000 a year, when in actuality she earned $280,000 in 2010.
That's why her landlord reportedly evicted her. And now she's being sued for back payment, which she'll address in a court hearing in March.
Let's hope that Amber's vow to become a better mother holds up under these new allegations!
