Teen Mom's Tyler Baltierra is finally home sweet home after a wild and crazy trip to New Orleans, and he's thrilled to reunite with fiance Catelynn Lowell in their quaint Michigan home.

Tyler arrived yesterday, Nov. 20, and the the first thing he did (just after kissing his lady love, we presume), was take a picture of their house. "Man it feels good to be home," he posted, along with an Instagram photo.
