Breaking news: Kieffer Delp has moved on to greener hoodied pastures. Yep, Keefah has a new lady love, which means he's officially over his on-again off-again relationship with Teen Mom 2's Jenelle Evans. Sob, we'll never forget their romantic Planet Fun makeout sessions and even more romantic drug busts, but it's time to turn over a new leaf.

Kieffer is currently living in New Jersey with his mom, where he's struck up a relationship with a pretty Southern belle named Tabitha. Unfortunately, Tabitha's tweets are protected (nooooooooo!), but her bio says "if its ment to be it will find a way.things fall apart so better things can fall together. my son has my heart. my family & friends have my company."
 
Dang, Kieffer definitely has a type.

These two seem pretty serious (in fact, they're in each other's Twitter profile picture), and Kieffer just can't get enough of Tabitha. "Gettin a shower n then snugglin@puckeruptab later :)" he tweeted on December 19. Oh, and their relationship also features beautiful musings like "i also get to c yu today but alas i have no clean socks n my feet are cold."
