Why Is Katie Yeager Taking Her Baby Daddy to Court?

Teen Mom 3's Katie Yeager, has officially forgiven her baby daddy, Joey, for cheating — but that doesn't mean she's going to let him off easy. Nope, not a chance!

Katie and Joey are trying to make their relationship work despite the fact that Joey cheated with a fellow teen parent named Brigette White, but Katie wants to ensure that baby Molli is 100 percent covered in the future — just in case.

You guessed it, girlfriend is taking her man to court!

"Court tomorrow," she tweeted on October 8. "Let's hope all goes well drama free."

Katie's dragging Joey before a judge to whip up an official "child support and custody" arrangement, which definitely seems like a great idea. Sure, she and Joey might be working on their 'ship, but it's important that he's held accountable for his daughter. The real question? Who is getting custody of Molli?!

We have a feeling that Katie is filing for full custody — especially if she's asking for child support. Then again, she might just want primary custody (kind of like Maci Bookout's arrangement with Ryan Edwards). Either way, we hope Katie and Joey's court date goes smoothly. Drama free is the way to be!
