Chels found some arm candy with rapper Wiz Khalifa’s road manager Will Dzombak. According to onlookers, “Chelsea and Will were affectionate all night and didn’t try to hide it. They were flirting, cuddling at the table, dancing, taking shots together, and Will even gave Chelsea a birthday kiss.”
