Since news of Farrah’s spin-off show just leaked, we’re wondering if the two “sisters” could actually be teaming up. Two star-crossed lover chefs, anyone? But the Teen Mom star captioned the photo, “Look at my sister @pattistanger my matchmaker!” so maybe she’s just setting her up on a date. Get it, girl!
