Teresa Giudice: Jim Marchese’s Comments Are “Hurtful” and “Insane”

Teresa and Joe Giudice, who could both be facing jail time thanks to a major fraud case, have bigger things to worry about than some petty drama over gossip, but that doesn't mean they aren't being dragged into the fighting on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6.

While Teresa hasn't really participated in the Amber Marchese vs. Nicole Napolitano homewrecker fight, it's harder for the Giudices to ignore Amber's hubby, Jim Marchese, who keeps insisting he doesn't want to spend time with Joe because it's a supposed conflict of interest. Jim claims he sometimes works with the prosecutor who's going after Joe, though it's unclear if there's any truth to that.

In her latest Bravo blog, Teresa weighed in on the situation. "I don't blame Amber for the things her husband says, but they were hurtful and sort of insane coming from HIM," she writes. "First of all, he admitted his opinion of me and Joe was completely formed from 'the news' about us. That's a really shallow way to live, especially for someone who was making his own news before RHONJ was ever on the air. I don't believe everything I read. I keep an open mind and try and make my opinions after I meet someone based on their actions toward me personally. (Newsflash: my opinion after meeting him based on his interactions with me and my family was very, very low.)"

She also added that she's not buying what Jim is selling: "Second, Jim Marchese claims he can't be at the same location as my husband because it would hurt his mortgage business? Is he serious? That would be baloney for anyone, but coming from THIS GUY?" Oh, snap.

Teresa also sounds like she might not be the biggest fan of the twins, commenting that " I've never met people who tell you how 'adorable' and 'hot' they are all the time," and even saying "I'm starting to believe the twins can hypnotize people they just met into telling them things" since Melissa spilled the beans about what Amber said so quickly.

What do you think: Are Jim's comments totally out of line, or do you understand why he wants to avoid the Giudice family? Sound off in the comments below!
