It’s kind of surprising that Teresa Giudice hasn’t already written a tell-all book. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is a cookbook author but she’s yet to spill the beans on all the drama in her life — on and off RHoNJ, which returns July 13.
However, RadarOnline’s sources claim Teresa is “working furiously on a book about what’s going on now with her. She’s been approached and offered big money for her tell-all. There are a lot of publishers who want to get her locked down and make sure they have the book in-house.” The book would reportedly cover Teresa’s current situation in preparing the family for her husband Joe’s potential jail time, and possibly her own. “And she’s going to admit everything that really happened as well as her fears about jail.”
That's something Teresa could do, and it would probably get decent sales, but All About The Real Housewives talked to their own sources and they were told there’s no book on the way. “Teresa is not focusing on writing anything at the moment,” their source said. “After this all ends, she may consider writing a book but it would not be personal or about her family. Instead it would be about how she personally has had to deal with what’s been going on and her feelings on the case.”
That actually doesn’t sound too different from what Radar said she was writing — her personal feelings about the legal situation — they’re just saying she hasn’t written anything yet. There are still a few legal hoops to jump through, including the July 8 sentencing, so it would make sense to wait for that to be finished before working on something. Right now Teresa and Joe seem to be focusing their time on their family and just trying to get through this difficult period. They brought it on themselves, but every crisis brings an opportunity and a book could be a cathartic opportunity for Teresa.
Would you read a book from Teresa — tell-all, tell-some, or tell-anything?
