Teresa Giudice isn’t letting the possibility she’ll spend years behind bars keep her from making sure her mind is on her money and her money’s securely on her mind.
Teresa attended the Porsche Spring Soiree in Garfield, New Jersey, where she sold books and photographs with fans and, according to a source at the site, was only willing to accept cash for her time and services.
While liking the feel of a few (or a few hundred) bills in your pocket certainly isn’t a crime, cash transactions are notorious for their lack of a paper trail, making some suspicious that Teresa was up to old habits — she and Joe have been charged with engaging in some less-than-scrupulous accounting, after all.
The eyewitness says of the seemingly fishy situation, “Teresa was advertised as the the celebrity guest and that she would be signing copies of her latest book. But nowhere was it advertised that she would be charging guests $25 to sign and take a photo with her.”
Adds the source, “The woman next to her was quick to advise that it was $25 and ‘cash only’ … Even Teresa was telling guests it was ‘cash only, no receipts.’”
We hope Teresa isn’t in the process of adding charges to her wrap sheet, but we have faith she’s smarter than that.
Do you think Teresa’s cash-only transactions are shady, or is she just a big fan of fat stacks?
