We saw a lot of familiar faces at the Bravo Upfronts this year, but one fan favorite was clearly missing from the crowd. Although both Melissa Gorga and Dina Manzo were in the house to represent the Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa Giudice was nowhere to be seen.

All About the Real Housewives caught up with Teresa's crisis manager, Wendy Feldman, who explained why the star was absent at the event.

“Teresa Giudice didn’t attend the Bravo upfronts this year. It was a mutual decision between Bravo and our team due to the fact that the scope of questions Teresa would be able to answer is limited due to her legal case. It was also decided that it would be an unfair distraction to the promotion of the show at that particular event. She will be attending other events on a case by case basis and looks forward to the resolution of the legal issues. Now she is focusing on her family," Wendy said.

With her sentencing date only a few days before the premiere of Season 6 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, we can totally understand why Teresa would decide to skip the Upfronts. Many of her interviews would inevitably have centered around her ongoing trial, which she really can't talk about.

Both Teresa and her husband, Joe Giudice, are facing jail time after pleading guilty to financial fraud. They learn their fate on July 8, while the new RHoNJ season premieres on July 13. We wish them the best!
