On September 23, Teresa and Joe Giudice will finally have to face the music. That's the day the pair are scheduled to receive sentencing for the fraud charges they pled guilty to in March. So will this huge event be caught on camera?

Assuming The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 runs as long as most H'wives seasons, there would technically be time in the season for the show to air the sentencing and its aftermath, but RadarOnline.com reports Tre does not want cameras at the sentencing. Honestly, we don't blame her at all.

However, according to Radar's sources, "Bravo doesn't care what Teresa wants" and "will absolutely send cameras" (sounds like they want the footage for the reunion show). We're not sure if the cameras would be allowed inside the courthouse, but we assume they could at least be outside of it.

We'll have to wait to see if Bravo really does go ahead with filming. That said, there will certainly be cameras at the courthouse that day, whether they're Bravo's or not, so does Bravo adding a crew really make a difference? We understand Teresa's desire for privacy, but that's going to be hard to achieve no matter what.

Do you think Bravo should film the sentencing or not? Sound off in the comments below!
