The original date was announced at the couple’s arraignment on August 14, where they pleaded not guilty to charges of federal fraud. In September, the judge moved the case back in order to give both sides plenty of time to review financial records and documentation to properly prepare for trial. The judge also wanted to allow Joe’s lawyers time to work on his other pending case, which deals with state charges from a suspended driver’s license. The April date may change if Joe and Teresa succeed in their current push to have separate trials.
Teresa and Juicy Joe have shown a united front throughout their whole ordeal, and have been spending a lot of time with their family.
