Surprise, surprise — Season 22 of The Bachelor is going to be full of drama.

We are less than a month away from the premiere episode and we finally have the first full trailer for Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s season.

And, as to be expected, there are a lot of tears.

“It’s been a tough journey to get here, and I’ve had my heart broken,” the 36-year-old says in the trailer.

“It’s surreal, in a way. If I turn back time, I don’t know, I could have done things differently.”

The race car driver had his heart broken on Emily Maynard’s season of The Bachelorette, but he’s determined to find his new partner.

Cue the ladies!

“He’s such a catch,” one contestant exclaims, while another says he’s “the perfect age.”

Others say he’s very “masculine” and “super intriguing.”

“Arie definitely has his life figured out, he’s very mature, and he’s really hot, so you can’t complain about that,” another adds.

The reality star kisses a lot of women — which is to be expected — and things seem to be going well, that is until the drama heats up.

A single mother causes issues when she thinks she deserves more time with Arie than the rest of the ladies.

Another girl seems fearful to tell Arie her real age, which has us wondering if she’s really young.

Needless to say, there are a lot of tears this season.

“My biggest fear was getting to the end and proposing to someone who wasn’t ready,” he admits.

Not to mention, one girl’s ex shows up to try and win her back.

“I’m here to tell her that I want to marry her,” the ex says, though he’s not on camera.

“This has just kind of blown my mind that he’s here. It’s f—king upsetting,” Arie says.
