Get ready to take The Bachelor star Courtney Robertson to bed with you. Wait, wait — we mean you can take her in book form when you read her upcoming memoir before falling asleep. Get your minds out of the gutter!
Courtney has been spilling her guts by working on her upcoming new memoir, and now she has officially signed a book deal for it, according to Us Weekly. Congrats, Court!
The fledgling wordsmith — who ended her engagement to Ben Flajnik in October 2012 — has not yet revealed when the book will be available for purchase, but it seems safe to assume that it will be sometime next year.
What we do know is that the title will be: I Didn't Come Here To Make Friends — Confessions of a Reality TV Villain.
We had previously heard Courtney say that the book will be mighty sexy. Now, she reveals that it will provide details of every part of her experience on Season 16 of The Bachelor and her bumpy aftermath. "Going on The Bachelor was the most amazing opportunity I've ever had, but I did not have a fairy tale ending!" she explains.
"The girls hated me, my modeling career was destroyed, and Ben and I had a tumultuous 11-month relationship that ultimately imploded," Courtney continues. "There are two sides to every story."
You might think that writing a book about such painful moments might be tough for Courtney, but if you thought that, then you probably don't know Courtney very well. "Writing the book has been very cathartic — I've definitely learned a lot about myself and love!" she says. "I think fans of the show are going to love it, it's totally juicy and hilarious."
So do you plan to pick up Courtney's book? Or did her lengthy fake marriage proposal to Ben on the show give you enough of a glimpse into what her writing has to offer?
