If there’s anyone who’s likely to be less than thrilled that The Bachelor star Courtney Robertson is writing a book about her experiences on the show, it would probably be her ex-fiancé, Ben Flajnik. While the couple did meet, fall in love and get engaged on Season 16 of the hit series, they broke up less than a year later. Their split, it was rumored, was anything but friendly.

Speaking of unfriendly, the name of Courtney’s forthcoming tome is rather foreboding. Its working title: I Didn’t Come Here to Make Friends: Confessions of a Reality Show Villain. Yikes, guess she’s really embraced the forked tail the media put on her during her stint on the show.

Even so, Ben tells Wetpaint Entertainment exclusively that he’s not worried about what his former fiancée may write about him. In fact, relations between the two have apparently thawed so much that Ben knew about the book before yesterday’s announcement.

“Courtney contacted me to let me know she had a book deal and that I was going to be in it,” Ben tells Wetpaint. “Other than that, I have no idea what the content of it will be,” he continues. “But best of luck to her.”

It would be hard to imagine a memoir of her life — especially one so focused on her rise to fame in a less than superb light — without mentioning her television-born relationship. We’re so glad that she won’t be dodging the info that we all want to hear about, just for the sake of trying to remain diplomatic.

And hey, it’s good to see both Courtney and Ben acting so graciously towards each other. But will the gloves come off once the book is out? We’ll have to wait and see!
