Buckle up your seatbelts, Bachelor fans! Melissa Rycroft and hubby Tye Strickland took to Good Morning America this morning (October 22) to announce that they are expecting baby number two.

Melissa revealed that her new bundle of joy will be arriving next spring, much to the dismay of soon-to-be big sister Ava, Melissa and Tye’s 2-year-old daughter.

“When we ask Ava [if she wants a sibling], she says no,” Melissa revealed back in May. “Is she ever going to give us a yes? She’s so spoiled. She doesn’t want to share it.”

Hopefully little Ava has changed her tune since then, but we totally get and respect her wanting to keep her crown as the only child. You’ve gotta protect your rep — right, Ava?

You’ll remember Melissa from Season 13 of The Bachelor, when Jason Mesnick proposed to her in the finale only to dump her on the After the Final Rose special, revealing that he had made a terrible mistake by not proposing to Molly Malaney (who's now his wife). That was a major tear-jerking moment, but it led to Melissa getting back with Tye, who has proven to be the love of her life.

But Melissa isn’t the only member of Bachelor Nation that is currently preggers. DeAnna Pappas, star of Season 4 of The Bachelorette, and hubby Stephen Stagliano are expecting their first little one. With a family as big as that of the former contestants of the ABC reality franchise, there’s always someone ready to pop out a baby.

All joking aside, we’re extremely happy for Melissa and Tye. These two make an adorable couple and awesome parents.
