ABC loves their Bachelor babes, and what better way to make us swoon than by throwing two of em together, right guys? On The Bachelor 2014 premiere on January 6, Juan Pablo Galavis got a little help from Season 17 Bachelor stud Sean Lowe. Why? We don’t really care, since all Sean screen time is good screen time, but we’re thinking it has something to do with the pale one’s golden boy status.

As diehard fans know, on January 26, Sean will be the first Bachelor to get married to the girl he got engaged to on the show, making him a great source of knowledge for newbie rose doler Juan Pablo. We were a little afraid that Seanie was going to try and explain the art of kissing to the sexy Bachelor, like Arie Luyendyk, Jr. did for him. But after watching Sean’s technique as he kissed “a lot” of girls, we’re really glad he didn’t.

Sean did have some kissing advice, though, telling Juan Pablo that if he kisses someone, he should make sure the other girls don’t see it, since it can hurt their feelings. Unfortunately, from what we’ve seen of the promo for this season, JPG may not have heeded that advice all that well.

After arguing over the word “journey” for a bit, Sean explains that he’ll develop strong feelings for multiple girls at the same time, and that he had a lot of sleepless nights. His advice? “Trust your gut.”

Sean attributes his success with Catherine to staying open minded. “You’re going to be tempted to really latch on to certain women,” Sean reflected with creepy word choice. “You’re going to think, ‘wow, they’re beautiful, they seem to have everything together. I know that she’s going to be one of my final three girls.’ And if you do that, you just close yourself to other potential relationships.”

Sean has plenty to back up that advice, since he admitted that now-fiancée Catherine Giudici wasn’t even on his radar until week 3 or 4. That explains the zero camera time she got…

What do you think of Sean’s advice for Juan Pablo? Would you follow it if you were JPG, or try and carve your own path on the show? Share your thoughts below!
