You better save the date, Bachelor Nation, because this February, you’re getting a double dose of Juan Pablo. ABC exec Robert Mills just announced that this season’s Hometown Dates and Overnight Dates (aka Fantasy Suites) episodes of The Bachelor will be airing back-to-back in a two-night special on Monday, February 24. and Tuesday, February 25, respectively.

Why? Well, they’re not telling, obvs, but if we let experience be our guides, it probably spells D-R-A-M-A.

Remember the last time we had a two-night event? Let us jog your memories with this image: Bachelorette Desiree, bawling her Hartsock out on a dock in Antigua after Brooks Forester told her he was just not that into her.

We’re willing to bet a box of wine that a two-part episode means things won’t be coming up roses on Juan P’s journey to find un amor real, either. Or, you know, maybe it just means they need to fill a scheduling gap. We’ve never claimed to be oracles.

But we will say this: it’s unlikely that a two-night episode was scheduled on a whim. While it may be hard to predict what will happen on a show that relies upon the free wills of over 20 people, we know by now that you can certainly always expect any drama to be milked for all it’s worth.
