Wow. That was definitely one of the steamier episodes of The Bachelor, verdad? Juan Pablo Galavis, who refused to kiss some of his ladies, can’t seem to stick to his convictions when it comes to Clare Crawley. After two aquatic makeout sessions, the two water babies heated up the already warm ocean waters of Da Nang, Vietnam. But the question is: did they go all... the... way?
Well, it’s hard to say. It’s certainly what the video editors of the February 3 episode led us to believe. It doesn’t help that Clare compared herself to a wobbly-kneed giraffe in her ITM. Plus, their conversation on the beach after their pre-dawn frolic sounded an awful lot like pillow talk to us.
The majority of Bachelor Nation seems to think they did the deed, too. Season 17 contestant AshLee Frazier tweeted, “Claire comes back to Women Tell All and announces she's pregnant,” while Bachelor Pad 2 winner Holly Julian real-talked, “Guess what they don't have in oceans? Condoms...”
However, spoiler guru Reality Steve seems to think we’re letting a little editing magic steer us wrong. “No, they did not have sex in the ocean,” he tweeted. “Just want to make you think they did. Horrible edit.”
But your guess is as good as ours, so we’re throwing to you: Did Juan and Clare really do the deed or were we just led to believe they did?
