The Bachelor finale is nigh, and Juan Pablo Galavis's expiration date is ticking down as we speak. You've probably already gotten your footie pajamas drycleaned for the Season 18 Finale on March 10, but what else is there to look forward to? Just, everything. Clare Crawley and Nikki Ferrell are ready. Are you?
As most people expect, the finale is a dramatic affair. It’s complete with anticipation, music that makes us feel even more anticipation, a meeting between the ladies and Juan Pab’s family, and tears. So many tears… Some are happy, some are “WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO ME” flavored, but all are totally meant for our enjoyment.
One of the biggest questions that hasn’t been visited since, like Season 11, is will the lead propose to the winner? Can you believe vintage Womack was the last guy not to propose to his chosen one? That’s nuts, but totally relevant, since the question of whether Juan Pablo will propose is back on the table. He recently spoke about how much he “likes” his winner, which just makes us feel all kinds of uncomfortable for a few reasons we won’t get into.
And what's more, even the official synopsis from ABC hints that JPG isn't exactly itching in the knees to hop down onto one of 'em and pop the big Q. And there was that one time that he said he wasn't 100 percent sure he'd be ready to ask either girl If he doesn't, we'll go ahead and save a spot for him on this list of all the Bachelors who didn't put a ring on it.
Oh, and even if he did end up with someone, it sounds like it's not going well. Plus, a certain someone says ABC might be digging in their couch cushions to pay him to propose to the girl on the "After the Final Rose" special, shown live after the finale airs. You know, if he doesn't say "Will you marry me?"
As for who that lady is that has captured Juan Pablo’s heart-ish area, you’ll just have to delve into this spoiler for the answer, since we don’t want to ruin it for everyone. Yet. But if you’re concerned that a moment on Juan Pablo’s lips will lead to a lifetime of emotional dips, you just have to head over here to find out what happened to the rest of the girls that Juan Pablo didn’t pick this season. Spoiler alert: they all seem just fine.
In the promo for the big event , Juan Pablo's family doesn't exactly give up a lot about El Bachelor. His mom says she's 'pretty sure" he's ready for marriage, his dad says he can be difficult, and his sister hints at the rudeness Andi Dorfman mentioned on the way out the door on the Season 18 Overnight Dates. So, sounds like a fun time being with him...
