It’s an annual tradition as sacred as salmon spawning, the first flowers blooming, and the Super Bowl: It’s the “Women Tell All.” This special Bachelor episode airs this Monday, March 3 at 8 p.m. ET/PT and we’re pretty sure it’s going to be better than any before, since Juan Pablo Galavis has some serious explaining to do. So, just who will make it front and center to answer for what they’ve done? Wetpaint Entertainment has your inside scoop!

The hot seat got a hot workout according to an insider who was present for the filming, which taped on Friday, February 21. Renee Oteri, who was eliminated on the February 24 Hometown Dates episode took her turn in the chair. Why? Because the beautiful, brilliant, perfect in every way 32-year-old single-mom has a new boyfriend! Oh, and she might have also wanted to chat with Juan Pablo about that time he sent her home and made the biggest mistake of his life…

Sharleen Joynt also took her turn in the chair, and we can only imagine why. While the classy opera singer did tell her Miami roommates about her decision to quit the show because she just wasn’t feelin’ it, we’re betting that some of the other girls who were cut sooner would like to have a little talking to with her. Or, maybe she just wants to make out with Juan Pablo some more. We wouldn’t blame her.

Lastly, and most importantly, Andi Dorfman will hit the hot seat. The reason for that? Because she’s likely going to be the next Bachelorette, according to Reality Steve. Fans will recall that Juan Pablo hung in the hot seat during Desiree Hartsock’s “Men Tell All” special, even though he did literally nothing during his season. We’ll get to hear more about her dramatic Fantasy Suites exit, and maybe a little about what we don’t see on the February 25 episode.

The other thing we know? “The show got heated at moments, especially with Juan Pablo, but all the girls were honest!” we’re told. Hmm, we can’t imagine why anyone would get mad at El Bachelor…

Want to know more? Reality Steve has teased that he'll throw out some goodies on February 25...
