Congratulations, Renée Oteri! The fan favorite from Juan Pablo Galavis' otherwise un-favorited The Bachelor Season 18 is expecting her second child in early 2015.

Renee has a 9-year-old son, Ben, from her first marriage, but she told People that she’s now just over three-months-pregnant with her first child with husband Bracy Maynard. You may recall how they eloped in March 2014 — not long after JPG’s season ended, with Renee leaving after hometowns.

But Renee is not starting a brand new life with a stranger (which is what you basically do on The Bachelor/ette). She’s known Bracy since they were kids. Renee told Wetpaint Entertainment, right after she and Bracy got married, “I even have it in my diary from when I was 12: I want to marry Bracy Maynard!” Aww!

They reconnected after she returned from The Bachelor, and when he got a new job in Seattle at the end of February, the whole family moved with him, he proposed, the couple got hitched, and now a new guy or gal is on the way to make it a quartet.

When is the little one expected? Renee’s due date January 19, 2015 — just over a year from when the then 32-year-old first stepped into The Bachelor mansion.

“We’re so excited!” Renee told People. “Bracy is already paranoid — always checking in and making sure I’m okay. He’s in dad mode already!" Good man!

The now Mrs. Maynard, who has been through this before, said this pregnancy has been smooth so far, but the baby won’t keep still. They don’t know the gender yet, but Renee said she can’t wait to find out. In the meantime, she’s calling the baby “she” although Ben “is hoping for a boy!” He’ll be a big brother either way, and maybe one several times over if Renee and Bracy get their wish. She added to People that they want more kids and plan to try for another one right after Baby Maynard No. 1.

In the meantime, though, there’s also that wedding reception to think about. Back in March, Renee told Wetpaint they were planning a big reception in September, inviting all their friends. Since last year’s Bachelorette — and fellow Seattle-ite/JPG alum — Desiree Hartsock was at Renee’s courthouse wedding, she’ll probably be there for the reception, too. And since this baby looks like he or she will be arriving in Seattle, maybe Renee can trade Bachelor baby stories with Jason and Molly Mesnick, who are raising their kids in the area too.

Whatever the Maynards do next — and whether New Baby is a rosemistress or a rosemaster — we wish the family all the health and happiness in the world!
