Guess she hasn't heard the news.
Ali Fedotowsky's blog on The Bachelorette Season 8, Episode 4 was posted Tuesday afternoon, right around the same time Life & Style reported that Ali's Season 6 ex-fiance, Roberto Martinez, had already signed papers to be the next Bachelor.
In her blog, Ali pulled a 180 from last week, when she wrote that she was 100 percent sure that Emily Maynard was going to pick Arie Luyendyk, Jr. in the end. Now she thinks producers are priming him as the Season 17 Bachelor.
Here’s what she wrote today:
I want to end this blog talking about Arie. Last week I said I thought he was the one to win Emily’s heart but I have totally changed my mind this week. Why? Because the only real connection the producers are showing us right now is the one with Emily and Arie. In fact, we are shown way too much of it which makes me think that she doesn’t end up with him, but they are building him up for us instead. You see, they want US to fall in love with Arie so he can be the next Bachelor. I just don’t think that the show would make it so obvious that it’s Arie if Arie was really the last one standing, ya know? So what do you guys think? Would Arie make a good Bachelor?
Well, we don’t think he’d make as good a Bachelor as Hottie Dimples. The question is, does Ali think Roberto would be a good Bachelor? In April she said it would hurt to find out he was dating someone new and she recently said she’s not dating anyone at all as she travels for her new show. If the Bachelor news is true, Roberto wouldn’t start dating the new girls for several months, but it would be a little bit awkward, no?
