All About the Bling: Details on Brad Womack's Engagement Ring for Emily Maynard

Previously we saw a report that valued Emily Maynard’s new engagement ring at $90,000, but this People magazine story puts Bachelor Brad Womack’s chosen sparkler at a more modest $50,000. (Chump change, right?)

“Brad said he’d dreamed of the perfect ring but he didn’t know exactly what it was until he saw this one,” said Neil Lane, who handcrafted the 3-carat platinum and diamond ring. “I saved it for the last one and when Brad saw it, he knew it was the ring of his dreams.”
The $50,000 ring is accented with 263 round brilliant-cut diamonds around a “romantic” central cushion-cut diamond. “He loved that no matter how Emily bent her finger, there would be sparkles everywhere you looked,” says Neil. “He wanted it glistening.” Awww! And now that it’s been properly sized, it actually fits her finger.
