While we still can’t get over how much we miss Ashley Palenkas and her bondage antics (memo to Mike Fleiss, cast her on Bachelor Pad 4), we’re starting to fall in love with Sean Lowe’s Bachelor Season 17 ladies more and more. From the rarely-seen but always adorable Catherine Giudici to the made-to-be-a-reality-star Tierra LiCausi, the girls are the reason we come back for more. Here’s what is on deck for viewers during The Bachelor Season 17, Episode 4, airing Monday, January 28, 2013:

One-on-One Date With Selma Alameri
Persian beauty Selma nabs the first date of the episode, which turns out to be... Outdoorsy! Sean picks her up in a limo and takes her to a private jet, which flies the already-cuddly lovebirds to Joshue Tree. The ABC synopsis says Sean and Selma then participate in some “daring” rock climbing and end the magical day at a “hipster-chic trailer park.” Hello, Bachelor Pad 3 flashbacks.

Group Date: Roller Derby Time!
With Tierra around, no one is safe — especially when it comes to contact sports. Sean takes eight girls to a roller rink in “a gritty warehouse,” according to the ABC synopsis. There, they compete in a roller derby competition (the best way to win a man), but no one makes it out unscathed. Sarah Herron gets emotional about vaulting her body around a roller rink, but Sean takes time to comfort her on the sidelines. Then, Amanda Meyer falls hard (so hard she hurts her jaw) and is rushed to the hospital.

One-on-One Date with Leslie Hughes
Sean takes Leslie Hughes on a Pretty Woman-themed date to Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, where they shop for jewelry and designer dresses. After their shopping spree, Sean and Leslie have dinner and enjoy a private concert by musician Ben Taylor. At the end of the date, Sean seemingly decides he’s not that into Leslie, sending her home without a rose.

Who Goes Home?
After Leslie is sent home, Sean eliminates Amanda at the rose ceremony, according to Reality Steve.
