Sean Lowe isn’t just the hottest Bachelor ever — he’s also the man morsel three ladies are competing to gobble up in Thailand. In the penultimate episode, Sean, Catherine Giudici, AshLee Frazier, and Lindsay Yenter hop aboard the love jet to Asia and we can’t wait to see what happens.

But because Monday seems really far away and we couldn’t wait to get a little scoop, we’ve dug up some of the best moments we can find to keep your rose-shaped heart beating until the big reveal. Here’s the scoop on what happens in Thailand:

Who would give up the chance to fall asleep in Sean’s beefy red arms? This girl, that’s who... When Sean hands her an envelope with the invitation of a lifetime, one of his remaining three draws a “moral line in the sand” and decides to sleep alone. Which is fine and all, but considering we know Sean’s not going to get all freaky (sorry, Ashley Palenkas, ties are for dinner parties), why not take a little nap on his abs?

Remember how fun it was for AshLee when she had to let go of control? Double that. Add a cave. And then make Sean and his flashlight lead the way into the darkness. Not to be alarmist, but when the guy who’s supposed to making you feel safe utters the phrase “we might die,” suddenly scaling down a wall for champagne doesn’t sound that bad...

Swimming is fun, especially when you backflip off an incredible boat and into perfect water. When Sean and Catherine take a dip in the love pond in Thailand, Sean gets a little handsy. Yeah, that’s right, we see those hands wandering underwater... Will they kiss forever, or will Catherine make a mess of things.

Sean does his best to let the girls down easy, but remember, there can only be one winner. At this point in the show, the last three girls all want to be his Dallas cowgirl, so leaving now must totally suck. The girl who leaves is so upset, she doesn’t even speak to Sean when she sobs her way back to America. Who could it be?

Tune in to see all the drama go down on Monday, February 25 at 8pm on ABC. If you can’t wait that long, click here.
