Bachelor Babe Rozlyn Papa Sues Over Porn Label

Rolzyn Papa got kicked off The Bachelor Season 14 for allegedly having an "inappropriate" relationship with a producer. (The same producer she assured us is not a part of her life now.) Though she denied any such misconduct, the label stuck. Now, Rozlyn is in the middle of another battle to keep her reputation intact: She’s suing several websites for falsely identifying her as an actress in a porno, reports The Daily Breeze.

Here’s the latest: A judge rejected arguments from various sites to dismiss the claim, which means Rozlyn can go ahead and pursue her $1 million lawsuit. In court papers, Rozlyn claims the false assertion that she was "the woman depicted in the video caused 'irreparable damage and injury to my public image and reputation, which is a major basis for my employability in my chosen field.'"

Seeing as she was credited on Jake Pavelka's season as a "model/make-up artist" — and not, say, a kindergarten teacher — we’re not so sure this would do as much harm as she claims. (Hello, Kim K.)

She also adds, "I am a single mother to a 7-year-old son and aside from the irreparable damage already done to me [...] their web site has caused [...] irreparable damage and injury to my son.”

It does seem like most of the “damage” to Roz’s rep was done while she was on The Bachelor, but maybe she's just lashing out where she can. (Or maybe she doesn’t want to rustle any feathers over at ABC since she and the network seem to be on good terms.)

If she wins this $1M suit, will she still consider going on Bachelor Pad 2? We certainly hope so!
