Fans of former Bachelor star Ben Flajnik, rejoice. Your favorite shaggy-haired, low-key, Northern California-dwelling singleton is will be back on the airwaves before you know it. Wetpaint Entertainment can exclusively reveal that Ben is currently in negotiations to star in his own series on the E! network.
The show will feature an ensemble cast of characters — including Ben and his co-workers his Sonoma-based winery, Envolve. “It will be about the day-to-day business of the company,” an insider explains. “Both from the wine-making and the marketing angles.”
Not to worry, Bachelor fans. Things won’t be all work and no play. Adds the insider, “Ben’s friends and his sister will be part of the show, too. His personal life will be part of it.”
“Right now, the show is in the very early stages,” the insider notes. “Contracts haven’t even been signed. But things are moving along.”
It’s an interesting move, considering Ben hasn’t exactly expressed enthusiasm about his last stint on reality TV. Maybe he figures it’s worth another go if it will help his business.
Ben’s not the only franchise alum to head over to E! Arie Luyendyk, Jr. also has a mystery project incubating over at the network — a project we’re dying to know more about.
One thing’s for sure though: The more Bachelor Nation hotties on TV, the better!
