Bachelor fans may not be too fond of Courtney Robertson just yet, but Ben seems to like her just fine!
A while back, rumors came out that Courtney Robertson had been dating photographer Cavan Clark for months, then broke his heart when she suddenly vanished to go on The Bachelor Season 16. But the stories never quoted Cavan himself, until now.
Cavan just spoke to Life & Style and — despite the anonymous tabloid reports — he has nothing bad to say about Courtney. "Unlike what you see on the show, she's actually a nice girl, and I still keep in touch with Courtney and her family," Cavan told the mag. "We dated, and after it ended she went on The Bachelor. Life happens; people fall in love and people break up."
Where was he before, when she was being dragged through the media mud? Maybe ABC has just been holding all the positive comments for this moment, now that the Courtney Isn’t So Bad storyline has begun to air.
Cavan does add a nod to Courtney’s “winning” nature, which is also the nature of the Bachelor beast. "She's obviously doing everything she can to win, seeing that it is a reality dating competition.”
