Ben Flajnik’s season of The Bachelor didn’t get some special name like Jake Pavelka’s (Bachelor: On the Wings of Love) or Matt Grant's (Bachelor: London Calling), but maybe we should unofficially start calling Season 16, The Bachelor: Wino Love for Me?.
Between bachelorettes coveting producers, ditching and keeping boyfriends, and imagining Brad Womack’s abs on Ben’s body, it’s no wonder Ben is leeching onto the most straight-forward gal in the house, Courtney Robertson, and failing to fall as deeply for seemingly good girls like Lindzi Cox.
From the moment she rode in on her horse, delivered a slightly raspy hello to Ben, and flashed that friendly smile, we were smitten... and Ben should be too, by now!
Or should he?
An acquaintance of Lindzi’s told Wetpaint Entertainment that the Pacific Northwest native has “a history of hitting on all the wealthy young guys who play” at The Golf Club at Newcastle, where she is currently employed on a seasonal basis.
Is she not a business development manager, as her ABC Bio states?
Is this a minor discretion in the grand scheme of things? A simple misunderstanding? Call us overprotective (of our hearts, not Ben), but in the game of Bachelor love, it’s hard to know who’s there for the right reasons... until it's too late.
